For example, when you purchase a Racino virtual car or related items through your registered user account, it will be necessary to process your payment details and contact details to confirm payment and to provide you the Site virtual items for which you paid. - To comply with our legal obligations when we use your information to protect our rights or the rights of others and when we share your information with other parties where required by law or as necessary to protect our rights.

Exercising Your Rights

We will only use personal information provided in a request to verify you and complete your request. We do our best to ensure that we respond to valid requests within one month unless otherwise required by law.

We operate globally and have offices, partners, and subprocessors around the world to deliver our services. When you use our Site and services, your collected information may be sent to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. For individuals residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or United Kingdom (“UK”), and for personal information subject to European data protection laws, this includes transfers outside of the EEA or UK.
